Release Liner - Cover Tape

Drawing on decades of experience we have a range of paper-based silicone release liners that protect pressure-sensitive glue lines. These liners extend our product portfolio to support e-commerce packaging manufacturers. 

One of the key features is the easy lift construction of the product. Our technical team have worked tirelessly to ensure that the release levels are compatible and consistent to avoid zippy or even locked on liners.

Not only have we focused on product performance we have channeled our thought process and energy into helping with the application process. Recent tests at a multi applicator customer saw a line spead increase of 15% over an entire shift switching over to our liner. 

The release liners,are available in kraft, glassine and clay coated options.

Our responsibility doesn't stop with performance and service. We are ever conscious of our world and operting in a sustainable way. In support of these values there is also a new 100% PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) version available. 

We also offer a range of grammages and finished widths. Our state of the art inhouse conversion capabilities also allow for both slit reels and traverse/spool wound formats for sheet plant businesses.
