A pallet wrapping machine for your warehouse provides several advantages to your business. A consistent reliable output and a potential saving on material used. 

The MPS is designed for use with machine wrap which can be stretched to 200% length. There is the option for interchangeable gears of 150% and 250%. 

There are 4 wrapping programs to select, and within these you can add extra wraps to reinforce your pallets if required. 

To make the pallet wrapping user friendly, there is automatic height detection of the pallet and a return to start position on every pallet wrapped. 

You will be able to wrap up to 20 pallets an hour with a rotation speed of 12 a minute. But please keep in mind the maximum weight allowed is 2000kg and a max possible height of 2150mm. 

We also sell the film you can use on this machine. We stock two version off the shelf. A 17 and a 23 micron film. We can also supply bespoke film, but the MOQ for this is 1 pallet. 

Lead time is typically 7-10 days for delivery, but this will be confirmed at the point of ordering. 

UK mainland delivery in 1–3 working days, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm. Pallet quantities are delivered on a booked service — we’ll call to arrange a date.

Delivery is free on orders over £75 excluding VAT. Bulky items are charged by postcode at the rate the pallet network charges us.
