We provide a range of manual strapping tools designed for hand-strapping applications, compatible with both polypropylene and polyester straps. These tools employ a heat-sealing mechanism for a secure fastening to the pallet or item. Additionally, our friction weld battery tools, operable with just one hand, are equipped with cutting-edge Li-Ion batteries for optimal performance.
Designed to ensure durability and ease of use, our hand tools provide longevity and consistent performance. They are designed to work with PP or PET straps (spec dependant) and offer the ability of semi-automatic or fully automatic modes. Users have the convenience of adjusting both the tension force and the sealing time to meet their specific packaging needs.
Only suitable with the following strapping specification.
Polypropylene - Width of between 12-16mm ad thickness between 0.5mm - 1.05mm.
Polyester - Width of between 12-16mm and thickness of 0.5mm - 1.05mm.
