Capacity mailers offer a quick dispatch process with your item contained in a strong cardboard envelope. Typically used for dispatching thin items through the carrier network. The maximum thickness for your items is 18mm, making it ideal for small books.
Capacity mailers provide the puncture resistance provided by a cardboard box, but without the time or tape need to construct it and offer a stronger option then traditional bubble lined mailing envelopes, ensuring your items do not get folded in half with the post.
The securing adhesive tab is a high tac tear away seal, ensuring your items will not be accidentally opened before they reach your customer.
UK mainland delivery in 1–3 working days, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm. Pallet quantities are delivered on a booked service — we’ll call to arrange a date.
Delivery is free on orders over £75 excluding VAT. Bulky items are charged by postcode at the rate the pallet network charges us.
