Gussetted shrink tubing
Gusset shrink tubing fits pallet sizes of 1000mm x 1200mm but the height is determine by the user, by cutting off as required from the 50m roll. This results in the ability to shrink wrap different length items, providing it fits into the circumference.
Select the shrink tubing and determine the height required that corresponds to the size of object or pallet which requires wrapping, and use a heat shrink gun to fit the cover to the contours of the item.
Cut the gusseted tubing to the required length, to seal the top of the tubing use a shrink gun along the edge. Once it starts to melt, run a metal spatula along the gusseted tubing edge to seal.
The shrink tubing offers flexibility and provides unusual shaped items with a secure wrapping for transportation or storage.
