Double wall cardboard boxes are designed for the more demanding jobs. This could be delivering a heavy item, or storing boxes of books in.

The double fluting of the box offers increased strength, rigidity and puncture resistance to protect your items throughout the delivery network.

The boxes are supplied to yourself flat packed, for easy construction as and when required.

If your items are breakable, it may be best to block and brace the good with a type of voidfill, this will offer cushioning on the top and base, helping to absorb the impacts which will occur to the box.

All of the boxes on this page are general stock sizes, if you wish to have a box perfectly fitted for your requirements, we now manufacture boxes on site, offering you a saving on using voidfill.

* Collection / Local Delivery Only - Due to Parcelforce recently introducing shipping restrictions on their Express48Large service, we are unable to deliver some sizes of cardboard boxes. We will still be able to ship these on our own transport, if you are unsure, please contact the office on 01283 551050 or via email and we will do our best to resolve any problems. 

UK mainland delivery in 1–3 working days, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm. Pallet quantities are delivered on a booked service — we’ll call to arrange a date.

Delivery is free on orders over £75 excluding VAT. Bulky items are charged by postcode at the rate the pallet network charges us.
