Both the Impack and the Everest machine can utilise up to three cardboard widths simultaneously, helping to ensure the most suitable width is selected. This helps to reduce your parcel volumes by 50% and can reduce material usage by 30%, both of which work out to a significant saving. 

 

The Automated Packing Process

1 Place your order on the relevant station

 2 Right size packaging

Every order is 3D-scanned to calculate the optimum box size needed. Cardboard is cut to size, removing the need for additional voidfil or other packaging material. The items are auto-packed in the right size box.

 

 

3 Sealed, weighed and labeled

Every box is sealed, weighed, and automatically receives a shipping label.
