Polypropylene strapping provides extra strength and security when packaging a pallet, suitable for light to medium duty requirements. Use with hand strapping tools to safely secure the strapping to the pallet, and can be used with edge protectors to avoid damage where the strapping meets the pallet. Polypropylene strapping is a cost effective strapping, offering the advantage of not rusting, and is supplied on plastic reels. To decrease the time taken to strap pallets, pair with an appropriate dispenser to make the task easier.

Strapping seals are used with a crimper to seal the strapping together, two options are available for 12mm PP strapping, a standard seal and a heavy duty seal for the heavier pallet.

Machine strapping is used in conjunction with PackagingGB’s automatic and semi-automatic strapping machines. Machine strapping provides a quick, economical way to secure boxes and bundles of items together. Please only use the relevant strapping for your machine.

Edge protectors help prevent the strapping causing damage to the items on the pallet, preventing potential returned stock and costly delays. Place under the strapping to help the strapping around the pallet corners and still maintain a high level of tension.
